Full-Funnel Sales Management: Execute a high-velocity sales strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp while maintaining an exceptional in-store consultative presence.
Digital Engagement & Lead Conversion: Drive urgency through "Deal of the Day" content and manage lead inquiries with a target 15-minute response time across all platforms.
Content Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to script and film high-impact "POV" content, Reels, and authentic customer testimonials that drive foot traffic.
Client Relationship Management: Master the art of upselling and cross-selling technical gear through expert product knowledge and personalized styling.
Digital Native Proficiency: Expert-level command of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and mobile editing suites like CapCut.
Exceptional Communication: A confident, bubbly, and persuasive communicator who thrives on camera and in person.
