Acerbis Off-Road Boots combine advanced protection, durability, and comfort, making them a top choice for motocross, enduro, and adventure riders. Designed with input from professional riders, these boots deliver premium safety features and ergonomic performance for demanding off-road conditions.
Certified under European safety standards such as EN 13634:2015 and EN 13634:2017, Acerbis boots meet and often exceed the required levels of abrasion resistance, impact protection, and structural durability. Strategically placed TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) inserts on the tibia, ankle, and gear-shift areas shield against impacts while maintaining flexibility for controlled movement.
The boots feature anatomically shaped shin guards that conform to the rider’s leg for better comfort and protection. Selected high-end models incorporate a hinge system at the ankle, allowing natural rotational flexibility while preventing hyperextension and maintaining axial control.
Additional reinforcements include a shock-absorbing heel made with elastomeric materials and a reinforced or steel-capped toe box for superior impact resistance. A heat-resistant suede or rubber panel on the inner calf provides effective thermal protection from the engine and exhaust while improving grip on the bike.
The upper is crafted from abrasion-resistant leather and microfiber, offering a perfect blend of durability, flexibility, and lightweight feel. The dual-density rubber sole (often called a “Double Composite” sole) provides exceptional grip on footpegs and rugged terrain, while being resistant to wear, oil, and fuel exposure.
Inside, a soft and breathable 3D Mesh lining enhances ventilation and comfort during long rides. The multi-layer insole features antibacterial and shock-absorbing properties, with select models including a composite plastic or steel insert for additional support and rigidity.
The micrometric buckle system with four adjustable straps ensures a precise, secure fit that’s easy to operate even while wearing gloves. The Velcro gaiter closure at the top provides a snug seal against dust and debris. Despite their rugged protection, Acerbis Off-Road Boots maintain a lightweight design to minimize fatigue during long rides or races.
