The KYT TT-Revo is a high-performance full-face motorcycle helmet engineered to unite aggressive racing aesthetics, advanced aerodynamics, and all-day street comfort. Developed in close collaboration with aeronautical engineers using computational fluid dynamics and rigorous wind tunnel testing, the TT-Revo delivers an aerodynamically stable profile that minimizes high-speed buffeting while maintaining an ergonomic, fatigue-free fit.
Engineered for premium rider safety, the shell is injection-molded using ADT-Advanced Thermoplastic—a proprietary blend of high-impact resin compounds. The outer shell is produced in three distinct sizes (S, M, L) to ensure optimal physical volume, reduced overall weight, and a proportional fit. Inside, an advanced multi-density EPS polystyrene liner absorbs and progressively dissipates residual impact energy, achieving compliance with strict ECE 22-06 safety standards.
The scratch-resistant polycarbonate visor provides wide-angle peripheral vision and comes ready for a Max Pinlock 70 anti-fog lens. A tool-less quick-release ratchet system allows rapid shield swaps, while a patent-pending mechanical visor lock keeps the face shield securely sealed against wind, rain, and debris during high-speed rides.
Engineered to handle hot and humid riding conditions, the ventilation layout pairs channeled EPS ducting with five front intake ports and four rear exhaust extractors integrated beneath the aerodynamic rear spoiler. This continuously draws fresh air across the scalp while venting hot, moist air out the back.
The interior features moisture-wicking, bi-elastic synthetic fabrics designed to absorb perspiration and dry quickly. The cheek pads and crown comfort liner are fully removable, washable, and customizable with varied pad thicknesses. Secure fastening is provided by a reliable QRM-micrometric retention buckle fastened to heavy-duty polyester webbing.
